Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, the 13 Ways team has been trying to come up with ways to help communities and businesses. We have decided to pool our knowledge base and offer ourselves as free resources. Over the coming months you will see free articles, podcasts, webinars and social media posts on various topics posted here. 


This document has been prepared as a source of guidance and support for communities facing an emergency that affords limited time and capacity to prepare and react. This advice has been specifically created for community and municipal leaders, especially those in smaller communities where capacity, expertise, and time may be limiting factors.


These are challenging times and the sad reality is some businesses won’t survive. However, that doesn’t mean
your business need be a victim. This article provides some suggestions to give yourself the best chance possible.
